El Centro Family Health's San Miguel Clinic is a family oriented rural health clinic serving the old Spanish colonial villages situated along the Pecos river. Open 5 days weekly serving patients of all ages. Services include Primary care, diabetes education, health education, and behavioral health counseling. Equipped with a small pharmacy and lab. San Miguel sees approx. 2300 patient visits per year.
